Terms and Conditions of De Nederlandse Kluis tell-a-friend Promotion:
- The tell-a-friend promotion is organised by De Nederlandse Kluis B.V.
- Participation in the ‘tell-a-friend’ promotion of De Nederlandse Kluis (‘the Promotion’) is open to existing customers of De Nederlandse Kluis who rent a safe deposit box at De Nederlandse Kluis and to new customers referred by an existing customer of De Nederlandse Kluis.
- To participate in the Promotion, an existing customer of De Nederlandse Kluis must refer a new customer. The new customer must then rent a safe deposit box at De Nederlandse Kluis and mention the name and customer number of the referring customer when signing the contract.
- For new customers, this Promotion cannot be combined with other current Promotions. The Promotion with the highest discount will apply.
- The Promotion period runs from the publication of these terms and conditions until further notice by De Nederlandse Kluis B.V.
- For each new customer referred who rents a safe deposit box during the Promotion period and mentions the name and customer number of the referring customer, the referring customer will receive a reward as specified in point 6.
- The reward for the referring customer consists of free safe deposit rental as described in the table below. The reward is granted after the successful signing of the rental contract by the referred new customer. Overview of free rental per referred new customers:

- De Nederlandse Kluis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
- In cases where these terms and conditions do not provide, De Nederlandse Kluis will decide.
- De Nederlandse Kluis reserves the right to refuse participation in the Promotion or to withdraw a reward if it appears that the participant has committed abuse, fraud, or other inappropriate actions regarding the Promotion.
- This Promotion is subject to the laws of the Netherlands.

Terms and Conditions of De Nederlandse Kluis Lottery/Contest:
- Annual lottery: Every year, De Nederlandse Kluis gives away 3 Bol.com gift cards worth €500 each to participants who have referred 2 or more people.
- Participation conditions: Participants who have successfully referred 2 or more new customers during the Promotion period will receive an email stating that they are automatically entered into the annual lottery. The unique code of the referring customer must have been used by 2 new customers to be eligible for the lottery.
- Automatic participation: Participation in the lottery is automatic but not mandatory. Participants can opt-out of the lottery by sending an email to info@denederlandsekluis.nl.
- Conditions for participation: Participants must have a permanent residence in the Netherlands or Belgium and be of legal age (18 years or older).
- Lottery date: The lottery takes place annually on May 1st.
- Announcement of winners: Winners will be notified by email within one month after the draw.
- Continuation of participation: After successfully referring 2 new customers, the referring customer can still share their unique code with friends, family, and acquaintances to earn even more free rental months.
- Non-transferable: The gift cards are personal and non-transferable. No cash or other substitutes can be obtained.
- Consent: By participating in the lottery, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
- Promotional Games of Chance Code of Conduct: The terms and conditions of the lottery comply with the Promotional Games of Chance Code of Conduct. This means, among other things, that:
- The lottery is organised transparently, reliably, and carefully.
- The prices are fairly drawn, and all participants have equal chances.
- There are no costs associated with participating in the lottery.
- Participants’ personal data is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Decisions: In cases where these terms and conditions do not provide, De Nederlandse Kluis will decide.
- Abuse and fraud: De Nederlandse Kluis reserves the right to refuse participation in the lottery or to withdraw a prize if it appears that the participant has committed abuse, fraud, or other inappropriate actions regarding the lottery.
- Applicable law: This lottery is subject to the laws of the Netherlands.
Personal Data
- Consent for data processing: By participating, the participant gives permission for the processing of the personal data provided by De Nederlandse Kluis. This data will be treated confidentially and used only for correspondence regarding the price of this Promotion.
- Announcement of winner: De Nederlandse Kluis may mention the personal data only in the context of the announcement of the winner through De Nederlandse Kluis channels and will treat the participants’ data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Liability: De Nederlandse Kluis is in no way liable for any damage resulting from participation in this Promotion.
